This Code of Conduct is strictly permitted in FIB Only.
All Staffs of FIB is to abide with the rules closely.
Anyone seen breaking the rules will be dealt with appropriate punishments
Section FOUR (4) – Master Policies
Section 4.1: Room Rights
Room Rights cannot be bought, only given to trusted staffs.
People who Beg/Ask for Room Right will be put through the Strike System. (Section 3.2) (unless already right holder)
Room Rights Policy can be found on Official FIB Website – Under Master Policy.
If someone is found to abuse rights, they will be dealt withand will get SEVERE punishment.
Section 4.2: Transfers
Transfer Unit in FIB is currently an Executive Unit.
Only people within the Transfer Unit can handle Transfer Cases.
There is a “Transfer Desk” at the FRONT of HQ, Transfer Cases are to be handled there.
Transfer Unit is a Invite-to-Join-Only Executive Unit.
Do not ask to join, the Director of TU,
Anyone that is not in TU seen handling transfers will be dealt with SEVERE punishments.
Section 4.3: Alliances
Only iC is allowed to handle Alliance Cases.
Anyone else seen handling Alliance Cases will be FIRED straight away.
Allies are allowed to have Bronse VIP, and owner gets Silver VIP (VIP descrption can be found at the official FIB site under Lists)
Section 4.4: Website Administrators
Website Administrators (WA) are Staff who updates the Official FIB website frequently.
Only trusted people are allowed to be Website Administrators.
Website Control will put potential WA’s through a test.
Do not beg/ask for WA or you will be dealt with SEVERE punishments.
Section 4.5.1: Forum Usage
Forum is the platform where Staffs gets to voice out suggestions for FIB.
ALL Staffs are to abide with the Forum Rules Strictly.
If anyone is found to be violating the Forum Rules, he/she will be dealt with heavy punishments.
Forum will be monitored daily and all threads will be read within 48 hours.
Section 4.5.2: Forum Administrators
Forum Administrators (FA) are the staffs who monitor Forum at all times.
FA’s are to check Forum at least once a day to check for new threads.
FA’s are to reply to threads posted by others with appropriate answers/replies.
FA’s have the rights to Delete/Edit threads posted by others.
FA’s are the one who will issue you punishments for violating Forum Rules.
FA’s are hand-picked; do not beg/ask to be a FA.
Section 4.5.3: Forum Moderators
Forum Moderators (FM) are the staffs who monitor Forum at all times.
FM’s are to check forum at least once every day to check for new threads.
FM’s are to reply to threads posted by others with appropriate answers/replies.
FM’s are to report to any FA immediately upon seeing inappropriate threads/posts.
FM’s are picked through Trial FM Application on Forum itself.
