I want to prove to everyone this quote i made , 'Treasure and care for your comrades because they are like a family member to you. you are fortunate to have someone as kind like them, not everyone can have comrades like them' I chose this quote because i want to tell everyone to put themselves into people shoes. Anything else we should know about you: I treasure FIB as much as everyone do.

Why you would like to join our Disciplinary Team (Must be longer than 50 words) : The most serious issue is Self Promoting and many people have done it and some will continue to do it. Also those who are disrectpecctful should know that theyre crossing their limit. Now that were still kinda small its easy to detect self promotes, but in future when we grow bigger, we need a better way, probably logs to prove he/she is her rank and that she didnt self promote to get it. Everyone needs to use the forums well so as to avoid such situations. Anything else we should know about you: (Optional) tbh as long as the forums are used well im happy with it

Why you would like to join our Disciplinary Team (Must be longer than 50 words):I want to talk about asking for promotion.Most employees want to ask for a promotion to me.I don't like it when workers ask for a promotion to me.Because it's a bad attitude and I think we should not ask for a promotion.We just need to work hard.That's how to get a promotion,not just asking but work hard.I hope the workers will not ask for promotion again.

What can you bring to our Disciplinary Team: We have rules to listen to and I will make sure they are not broken.
Why you would like to join our Disciplinary Team (Must be longer than 50 words): Some workers behaviour is a bit rocky and im here to make sure its stable. The language used in speech isn't as strict as it was before. I'm also very quick to have proof regarding the incident that happened so I can look back and decide on the action to be taken. I've noticed many people want to talk about how promotions aren't being made and they want a promotion so hints are involved. Well I just want to say that its clear part of the rules : to not ask for pay , room rights and promotions. It is clearly said in the Training script when you get trained.
Anything else we should know about you: (Optional) I am very active so if any incidents were to happen , I could be there.

Attached picture link of the meeting room / "courtroom": prntscr.com/aql9lpWhat can you bring to our Disciplinary Team :I can make sure the workers who works here are carefully and as closely following the agency's rule and keep the working environment as discipline and professional as possible. Why you would like to join our Disciplinary Team (Must be longer than 50 words) : Every agency need a discipline master/ discipline mentor/ discipline supervisor, without discipline in the agency, everything will fall apart. As discipline is the key to success in any operations at work place or agency and that too if each one follow own self discipline. I am a proactive person and I have the ability to act and find solutions before the problems crop up. I believe I have the right and positive thinking mindset. Workers with disciplinary issues will be dealt by the disciplinary team or me personally, then I will do these disciplinary procedure for the team that I planned for. Some of my disciplinary procedure I would take is: 1) An message or letter will be out to the person who is with the disciplinary issue. 2) An message via kik or other social media platform where the disciplinary team is on, will be handed to them to attend a meeting to discuss the issue. 3) A disciplinary decision by the disciplinary director and the owner of FIB. 4) A chance for the person who is on case to appeal on the decisions, this is where the person who is on case will bring any evidence to support his or her innocence. 5) Final decision made and execute. This is what my plan is for the disciplinary team for the action to be taken if the person has receive more then 3 strikes. Anything else we should know about you: (Optional): With faith, discipline and selfless devotion to duty, there is nothing worthwhile that I cannot achieve.
